Admission
At the time of your admission for the birth of your child please go directly to the midwives' consultation at the obstetrical block.
Medical documents
to provide
- All your ultrasounds
- Your complete blood group card
- The gynecologist's transmission papers given during the ninth month visit
- The results of the ninth month blood check up
Administrative documents to provide
If you didn't have them with you at the time of your pre-admission, have the following documents ready :
- Your VITALE card and your national health service certificate
- Mutual insurance card and your coverage certificate
- Your ID

The Trousseau
As the clinic doesn't supply toiletries you should remember to take with you the following.
For your baby, bring for each day:
- A cotton vest or a body
- A warm vest
- A pair of bootees or socks
- A pyjama
In winter don't forget a warm outfit and a cap for leaving the clinic
If you breast feed:
- Open shirts
- A breast feeding bra
- Breast feeding shells
