Technical platforms
The technical platforms are made of:
- For surgery: 11 operating theatres, an anaesthesia department, a post operative care room.
- For obstetrics: 4 delivery rooms, 3 pre-delivery rooms, 2 baby reanimation rooms, one newborn surveillance unit, 2 consultation rooms for the surveillance of pregnant women.
- For medicine: a full cancerology technical platform: that is an ambulatory chemotherapy unit, a radiology and nuclear medicine unit.
- For cardiology: a color doppler ultrasound, a bycicle ergometer.
- A conventional and numeric medical imaging technical platform, an ultrasonograph, etc.
Development & Modernization
To this day, the Clinique Générale has 72 % of its beds in single rooms. We have thus atteined our objective of a better accomodation comfort.
On an architectural aspect, the establishment has finished its modernization and restructuring program at the end of 2005.
Since then, other projects have been started of which the most important is the conception and realisation of an underground parking and new premises for a better welcome of patients and professionals and to establish new structures.
By the end of 2007, the Clinique Générale will be the only medical establishment near the Annecy town centre as the Annecy Region Hospital Centre will have delocalised. We therefor plan to establish en Emergency Unit.
From 2007, the Scan and all of the medical imagery technical platform will establish itself within the new premises.
